3 Age & Eligibility Requirements

4 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

A minimum balance of BDT 500 is required in your account to make a withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours. VIP members benefit from faster processing times.

7 Prohibited Activities

Members may also request account closure at any time. In such cases, any outstanding withdrawable balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.

• Account closure requests must be submitted through the support team.
• Any bonus balance remaining at the time of account closure will be forfeited.
• Your actual deposit balance will be returned in accordance with the applicable rules.
